Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the book has been shipped.

Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Product unavailable
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Damaged or Defective Products

If the book arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product
  • Include your order number
  • A replacement copy will be arranged where applicable.
  • Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
