Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the book has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact support@businessgita.org.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases: duplicate payment, an order cancelled before shipment, or a product that is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, share clear photographs, and include your order number. A replacement will be arranged where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after purchase, delays caused by courier services, and an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
